Create A hotspot without Any Third Party SoftwaresHere i have provided you another 

way to make wifi hotspot in windows 7 laptop. This will turns your laptop or   

computer into a wireless Access point or lets say it turns your system into a hotspot.  If 

you are having internet connection(3G dongle/mobile data/wimax/broadband) on 

a single system then you can easily share your internet with other WiFi enabled 

device(including tablets, mobile, laptops).

Now i will explain how to create a hotspot with your laptop running on windows 7, just 

follow these steps.

1-Open network and sharing center, from your PC task bar.

2-Choose setup new connection or network.

3-Choose setup a  wireless ad hoc.

4-Click "next" then it will ask you to enter network name and security code.

5-Finally, enable internet sharing

At this point, you should be able to connect any wireless device to your 

new ad hoc network and access the internet, or even share files directly with 

your laptop.

-Done that is it you can now use it with another laptop or smart phone.
