When you get attached file in a gmail message it doesn't show you it's
category, so i will explain how to show it's icon using a google chrome
extension called Attachment Icons For Gmail.
-Just install Attachment Icons For Gmail from the Chrome store.
-That is it, Now you can easily know what kind of attachment an email has
directly from your inbox.
