Increase Your Internet Connection-2©

In this article I will how to speed up your Internet connection without use of

web accelerators,People often think slow internet must be down to their

broadband provider. But computer settings, wireless hardware or an old

PC can all have an impact.

How To Increase Your Internet Speed

Internet speed is based upon your ISP (internet service provider). Any

software claiming to increase your speed is a gimmick. The only way to

increase your downloading speed is to upgrade your broadband connection.

So i will explain some tips to increase your connection lets start:-

Check your browser settings

Use the latest version of your browser and use a browser a browser like

Google chrome or Firefox as they take less time to load pages and be careful

When doing changes to your browser settings.

Tweak your router settings

It would be difficult to tell you how to tweak your as there is alot of different

routers available, make sure to reset it frequently and always check if some

one is using programs to take your speed like netcut  check that you are

using a different wireless network channel to your neighbours - sharing a

channel will affect your signal.

Reduce your bandwith

Bandwidth is used any time someone or something visits a website - a

customer, a search engine, a security scanning service, or anything else that

can access a website.

there are a few things you can do to make sure you're using your bandwidth

efficiently and not accruing unnecessary overages

To Reduce your bandwith  Reduce code bloat, the number of graphics used,

and run your images through some optimizer to reduce their size.

for example Firefox if it's your default browser use it for everyday surfing; fall

back to IE only for "last resort" viewing of substandard websites & Windows

Update.

For Firefox users the following tips may help, but methods (vectors)

constantly change.

►FIREFOX: Tools> Options> Privacy> top drop menu set to "Firefox will use

custom settings..."> Check 'Accept Cookies from sites'& Un-Check 'Accept 3rd

Party cookies.

These also help:

►►NoScript:

►►Better Privacy:

►AdBlock Plus:

IE does not have exceptional "3rd party" blocking. For that reason, and many

other security related ones (especially 'active scripting' rubbish), it should not

be used except for sub-standard websites or Windows updates.

Also try don't download or upload as much as you can while surfing, Stop

windows update and prevent download while surfing.

You can use this tool to check the Bandwidth of the site.

Speed up your WIFI

If you are using WIFI then try to keep close to the router and use longer

aerial, Also you can buy additional antenna as most of modern routers has

Built in antennas in order to strength your signal. or you can add a powerline

adapter or 'home plugs'. A powerline adapter uses the wiring already in the

walls of your property to send a Wi-Fi signal to parts of the house which

otherwise may have had poor coverage. They're usually more expensive than

signal repeaters, but can prove more effective. A powerline adapter creates a

Wi-Fi hotspot wherever you've got a free electrical socket. They're ideal for

getting wireless up to a loft conversion, for example.

If the previous options are not working you can invest some money and bur a

wireless repeater which will make your wireless range larger.
