1-High Quality Content

Content is the most important factor in the blog, your blog should have 

updated content with an average of 400 words per post or you will be 

disapproved for the Insufficient Content issue.

Also you shouldn't copy your posts or it will be rejected immediately, your 

blog/site  shouldn't have any Videos or images written on it or it will be 

rejected for Copyrighted Material, Also it shouldn't be talking about Hacking, 

cracking, Adult Content and religious issues.

2-Use a top-level domain 

Domain is considered an important factor of your blog, you should domain like 

(wwwyoursite.com) to have a higher chance for the approval don't use 

subdomainslike (www.yoursite.wordpress.com) except(www.yoursite.blogspot.

com) as it's from google, And ensure that you are the owner of this website, 

if so Google will instantaneously accept your application for adsense.

3-Domain Age

This factor was not considered as one of the criteria to get approved for 

adsense previously.But because of too many spam adsense applications 

Adsense Team decided to consider domain age as one of the major factor to 

get full adsense approval.

If you have a well established website/blog with high quality content then 

you may get approved for adsense with a 3 months old domain.If your 

website is still growing then the age of domain should be at least 6 months.

4-Site Design

Your site must be well deigned which will satisfie adsense advertiser to 

publish ads on your site and will help your blog being approved by adsense.

 5-Site Traffics And The Number Of Posts

Your site must have a good number of traffics which will satisfie adsense 

advertiser to publish ads on your site and will help your blog being approved 

by adsense.

Your site must have at least 60 post to let google know that you are serious 

About their program, But i recommend you to have 100 post on applaying for 

adsense.
