Facebbok has just announced hashtag in posts, that will give the ability to
follow conversions through hashtag like Twitter, Tumbler and other social
networks.
But it's considered some thing old as it 's available in some social networks
like Twitter, Tumbler and Google+, whenever you click on hashtag of a post,
it will give you the feeds of posts and this will make it easier to get
information related to a topic on Facebook.
Also Facebook made it clear that this new feature has been released
